North Idaho College opened the doors of its Silver Valley Satellite
campus in January 2005. The mission of the Center is to provide
student-centered services that provide community members access to
quality educational opportunities without leaving the surrounding area.
NIC also has a computer lab that is available to the public and NIC
students.The Center offers classes for degree-seeking students, Work
Force Training for those wishing to upgrade job skills, GED preparation,
English as a Second Language instruction, and personal interest
classes. The Center’s central location and small classes guarantee a
quality learning experience. Currently there are about 370 students
enrolled in classes at the Kellogg campus.
